Our Area Loss Prevention Managers plan and prioritize to provide an optimal customer experience to their portfolio of stores. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. RequirementsQualifications Experience <ul><li>Minimum of five years’ experience in Loss Prevention and multi-unit leadership </li></ul>Education <ul><li>Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent, Wicklander-Zulawski interviewing certification preferred. </li></ul>Physical Requirements <ul><li>Ability to communicate with customers and associates.</li><li>Requires travel over a large geographical area and standing and moving for an entire shift. </li></ul>Availability <ul><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business. </li><li>Regular travel is required.</li><li>Regular attendance is an essential function of the job</li></ul>
