We are looking for a full-time B2B Outbound Campaign Manager to run and continuously improve our global outbound outreach activities.

We already have the required infrastructure in place: Clay-based workflows, AI-assisted research and personalization, a custom Clay–HubSpot integration, established outreach procedures, campaign templates, and internal video playbooks.

We are not looking for an automation developer or a technical engineer. We need a highly responsible marketing and outbound operations specialist who will manage campaigns daily, maintain high data quality, identify new market segments, test new outreach approaches, and improve campaign performance.

Our outreach process combines personalized cold email, cold-calling tasks (we have a separate person for that), website contact-form outreach, and HubSpot-based lead management.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end B2B outbound campaigns from target audience definition to lead handover.

- Build and refine company lists in Clay based on industries, geographies, company profiles, and business objectives.

- Identify relevant decision-makers and ensure the quality of company and contact data.

- Prepare, launch, and monitor personalized outreach sequences using approved templates and AI-assisted personalization.

- Adapt campaign messaging for different customer segments and propose new outreach angles.

- Monitor delivery, bounce, reply, and positive-response rates; identify issues and improvement opportunities.

- Review and replay incoming emails and ensure qualified leads are properly processed in HubSpot.

- Create and maintain follow-up tasks for the sales team.

- Develop ideas for new target segments, partnership opportunities, distributors, and industry-specific campaigns.

- Provide regular reporting on campaign activity, results, insights, and recommended actions.

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with Clay.

- Strong experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, or campaign management.

- Experience working with HubSpot CRM.

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of B2B customer segmentation, prospect research, and personalized outreach.

- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset and ability to improve results based on campaign data.
