Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major gifts, planned giving, to meet organizational goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, alumni, volunteers, and community partners through personalized communication and engagement activities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events that raise awareness and generate revenue while ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
Manage donor databases and CRM software such as Donor Perfect,Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and WordPress to track contributions and engagement metrics accurately.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns including email marketing and social media management to boost visibility and donor engagement.
Conduct research on potential funding sources, industry trends, and best practices in nonprofit management to inform strategic planning efforts.

Skills

Proven experience in fundraising
Strong event planning skills with the ability to manage all aspects of fundraising events from inception to execution.
Excellent written communication skills for proposal writing, donor correspondence, and marketing materials.
Proficiency with CRM databases Donor Perfect; familiarity with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, WordPress, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of nonprofit industry standards including donor relations management, digital marketing strategies, and database management experience.
Strategic thinker with excellent research skills to identify new funding opportunities and optimize fundraising efforts.
