Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Hourly Remote Live Chat Assistants. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat, answering inquiries, providing product information, and delivering personalized support.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer issues promptly, ensuring a first‑contact resolution whenever possible.
