What a chatter’s working day looks like
A shift starts with a handover: you read the previous operator’s notes — which fans are "warm", who was promised a custom, whose birthday is tomorrow. Then you open the conversations: with regular subscribers the messaging runs in parallel, the scripts suggest the structure, but the liveliness and memory for details are yours.
