XL Academy provides personalized online tutoring to help students strengthen their academic skills, build confidence, and achieve their educational goals. We are looking for experienced, dedicated middle school teachers to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are seeking **1–2 experienced middle school teachers** to provide online instruction to students in grades 6–8 in one or more of the following subjects:

- Mathematics

- English Language Arts (ELA)

- Science

This is an excellent opportunity for current middle school teachers who are interested in flexible, part-time work outside their regular school hours.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons to middle school students.

- Explain concepts clearly and adapt instruction to individual student needs.

- Help students improve subject knowledge, problem-solving skills, and academic performance.

- Prepare lessons and practice materials as needed.

- Communicate professionally with XL Academy team regarding student progress.

Qualifications

- Proven teaching experience with middle school students.

- Strong subject knowledge in Math, ELA, and/or Science.

- Experience developing lesson plans and supporting students with different learning needs.

- Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for online instruction.

- Comfortable using online teaching tools and conducting interactive virtual lessons.

**Preferred candidates:** Current or former middle school teachers with classroom teaching experience who are looking for part-time tutoring opportunities.
