Dispositions Buyer Intake VA — Real Estate (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Full-time | Remote (South America) | $800/month base + $50 commission per assigned deal | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern

33 Home Buyers is a real estate investment company in Jacksonville, Florida. We buy and sell investment properties, and we're hiring a full-time Dispositions VA to own our buyer side — marketing deals to investors, managing buyer conversations, and growing our cash buyer list every day.

This is a phone-heavy role. You'll be calling and texting real estate investors all day — mostly in English, with some Spanish-speaking buyers in Spanish. If you love talking to people, staying organized, and hitting targets, this seat is for you.

What You'll Do

Send new deals out to our buyer list through our two marketing platforms (we train you)
Manage all buyer replies by SMS and email — fast response times keep buyers hot
Log every buyer's interest, viewing requests, and feedback (including why they passed)
Call new cash buyers daily following our call script — collect their full buying criteria and add them to our CRM
Re-engage inactive buyers by phone; clean and maintain the buyer list
Monitor email and text delivery rates to keep deliverability at 100%
Coordinate one group showing per property (schedule, confirm, remind attendees)
Collect offers from interested buyers and hand off to the owner for final negotiation
Push deals that need action: price-drop re-sends, calling engaged buyers
Monthly check-ins with title companies on deals under contract

Requirements

Fluent spoken and written English AND Spanish
Confident on the phone — comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
Available 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern, Monday through Friday
Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, quality headset
Organized and detail-oriented — every conversation gets logged
CRM experience required; GoHighLevel experience is a big plus
Real estate or sales experience is a plus, not required

Compensation

$800 USD/month base salary, paid reliably via Wise, Deel, or Zelle
$50 commission for every deal assigned — your performance directly increases your pay
Full-time, long-term position with growth potential as the company scales
