Overview

Come join Payroll Tax Operations (PTO) as a payroll tax professional responsible for the accurate and timely resolution of payroll tax issues across Notices, Corrections, Amendments, and Pay & File. The Senior Payroll Tax Processor is a core production contributor on the team operating with strong technical competence and meaningful independence across a high-volume case workload. We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused payroll tax expert with real hands-on experience resolving tax notices, correcting payroll errors, and preparing amended returns, who is ready to serve as a mentor and role model for colleagues while continuing to grow their own technical depth.

About SelectTime

SelectTime employees provide virtual expert services directly to Intuit’s customers, working year-round with flexible hours and schedules. Active pursuit of CPP is viewed favorably. CPP holders will be evaluated for accelerated development.

Experience at a payroll service bureau, PEO, or multi-client payroll tax environment is a significant advantage.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? 2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
