We are looking for people who already have sales or customer service experience, enjoy working with others, and know how to communicate, follow up, and make things happen. If you are a natural go-getter who is ready to learn a new skill and create another stream of income, we would love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Complete tax preparation and software training
Prepare federal and state income tax returns
Assist clients throughout the filing process
Collect and organize client documentation
Provide excellent customer service
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Market tax preparation services and develop clientele
Protect confidential taxpayer information
Follow IRS compliance and due-diligence requirements
Work toward individual and team goals

COMPENSATION:
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no hourly wage, salary, guaranteed income, or guaranteed number of clients. Earnings are based on completed tax preparation services, collected preparation fees, client volume, and individual performance.
Strong producers may have the potential to earn five figures during tax season and build toward six-figure annual income as their clientele, experience, and responsibilities grow. Earnings are not guaranteed.
