Tax Preparers Needed — No Experience Necessary

Interested in learning more about taxes? Looking for a flexible remote opportunity for the upcoming tax season?

Synergy Tax Collective is seeking motivated individuals interested in becoming Tax Professionals for the 2027 tax season. Previous professional tax preparation experience is not required, and experienced Tax Professionals are encouraged to apply as well.

Build Your Own Book of Business

Tax Professionals have the opportunity to build and maintain their own book of business and develop relationships with their own tax clients. Synergy provides professional resources, software and ongoing support to help Tax Professionals operate successfully.

Tax Professionals are expected to actively market their services and develop client relationships. Synergy does not guarantee a specific number of clients, tax returns, income or earnings.

No Experience Necessary

Training resources are available to help new preparers learn the tax preparation process, become familiar with professional tax software, understand documentation and compliance requirements, and prepare for the upcoming tax season.

Candidates who do not currently have an IRS PTIN can receive guidance regarding the PTIN application process. An active PTIN is required before preparing federal tax returns for compensation.
