Develop and implement strategies for managing customer fees and rebates in alignment with company goals and objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions on pricing and fee structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of customer fees and rebates. Analyze data and financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Lead and mentor a team of pricing and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for customer fee and rebate management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
