Role Overview

As a Remote Part‑Time Data Entry & Product Testing Specialist with arenaflex, you will serve as an independent contractor responsible for documenting product usage, providing detailed feedback, and ensuring the integrity of the data collected. You will work 15‑25 hours per week on a schedule you control, receiving weekly compensation ranging from $25 to $45 per hour, depending on the complexity of each In‑Home Usage Test project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document In‑Home Usage Tests: Capture screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and journal entries exactly as outlined in the daily schedule.
  • Product Care: Handle each product responsibly, following all usage guidelines and safety instructions.
  • Follow Daily Protocols: Execute tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, logging journal entries, providing online or mobile feedback, using the product for a prescribed duration, writing reviews, and taking high‑quality photos.
  • Utilize arenaflex Mobile Technology: When required, employ arenaflex’s proprietary Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology (Point‑of‑Emotion®) to capture nuanced emotional responses.
  • Engage in Private Discussions: Participate in secure chat rooms hosted by partner market‑research firms to discuss product experiences when prompted.
  • Submit Timely Reviews: Write clear, concise, and honest reviews as directed, adhering to word counts and formatting specifications.
