We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with an expanding company. This is much more than simply answering phones. You will coordinate technicians, assist customers, manage live roadside service calls, solve problems, and keep operations running efficiently throughout the day. Compensation • Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour $4 Performance Bonus for Every Completed (Closed) Job Top dispatchers routinely earn $20–$26+ per hour Daily pay available for qualified candidates Weekly payouts Performance raises available Advancement opportunities into Lead Dispatch and Operations Management Schedule Primary Shift 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Additional Availability Preferred Evening and after-hours coverage when needed Full-time applicants are preferred.
