Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant - Functional implementation role in Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation modules: Primarily responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting with clients on Workday projects. Possesses a broad understanding of cross functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday system to effectively develop solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients. Consults without supervision on complex projects, and/or lead Medium Enterprise or Large Enterprise projects depending on domain area(s) specialty. Participates in client sales meetings as Subject Matter Expert. <ul><li>Lead or participate in all stages of the project lifecycle with external clients and participates in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from discovery sessions, planning and design phases through business process configurations, testing and deployment for the Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp modules.</li><li>Effectively execute medium to large client deliverables from start to finish across multiple, concurrent projects utilizing Strada’s quality standards and consulting methodology. </li><li>Manage self and work to project scope, timeline and budget. Coordinates with others when applicable. Consult without supervision and/or request guidance when needed. </li><li>Listens to client request, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solution(s) using methodology and processes while remaining agile to client changing needs.</li><li>Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experience, Workday best practices, as well as Strada's Point of View.</li><li>Provide direction and guidance internally to less experienced colleagues by directing work and reviewing deliverables.</li><li>Participate in internal business initiatives to assist the organization in building our Strada brand and collateral, including but not limited to internal domain groups, chats and training.</li><li>Participate in building the Strada brand by participating in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats.</li><li>Has specialized and deepened skill set within Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp module(s). </li></ul>The Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study.</li><li>Minimum 3 to 7 plus years of previous consulting experience implementing Financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions</li><li>Experience in transforming business process requirements into system configurations.</li><li>Possess strong facilitation/presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects</li><li>Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands, request resources when needed</li><li>High attention to detail with innate to dig in and solve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions</li><li>Excellent oral and written communications skills</li><li>Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50%</li><li>Currently Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp certified or PRO certified required; (must have one or both modules to be considered for the role)</li><li>This opportunity does not offer sponsorship (this position will not consider EAD or F1 card holder)</li><li>Workday Certification is a requirement of the role as well as on-going successful re-certification </li></ul>Flexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
