2027 NFL Rotational Program

The NFL's highly selective and competitive Rotational Program provides participants with an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the organization's success through a series of challenging project work assignments, League events, and networking opportunities across various departments.

Consideration will be given to current undergraduate seniors, including those completing a fifth consecutive year, with a GPA of 3.0 or above who will graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. This is a full-time opportunity, and participants must be available to begin the program in July 2027.

Only fully completed eligible applications will be considered, that includes an updated resume.

Deadline: Applications will close at 11:59pm ET on Wednesday, September 30.

Program participants may complete up to four rotations over a two-year period in any one of the following offices or locations: NFL League Office (NY), NFL Media (CA), NFL Government Affairs Office (Washington, DC), or NFL Films (NJ). Departments that have participated in the program previously include, but not limited to; Communications & Public Affairs, Events Strategy, Finance, Football Operations, International, Marketing & Sales, Broadcasting, Labor Operations, and Media.
