As an Amazon Warehouse Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV, you are responsible for the full performance of your shift. That means overseeing a team of associates and leads, hitting daily productivity targets, maintaining a safe work environment, and communicating clearly with senior operations management. You will handle performance feedback, work through workflow challenges in real time, and make sure your team has everything they need to succeed.
