This role involves mechanical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques, as well as electronic assembly operations such as the installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or other electronic components. You will set up and use tools and equipment in the box build area while escalating any quality issues to the leader and maintaining 5S discipline in the working area. Responsibilities Perform box build assemblies using visual aids and work instructions. Conduct mechanical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques. Perform electronic assembly operations including the installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or other electronic components. Set up and use tools and equipment in the box build area. Escalate quality issues to the leader. Maintain 5S discipline in the working area. Essential Skills Experience in assembly, PCB, PCB assembly, box build, and cable assembly. Ability to read blueprints and understand cabling and surface mount processes. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferable. Attention to detail, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility are essential. Additional Skills & Qualifications Flexibility and willingness to work overtime. Punctuality and teamwork skills. Required qualifications:
