✈️ The Opportunity

Join a safety-first, service-driven flight department as a Challenger 300/350 First Officer (Second in Command). You’ll support the Pilot-in-Command to deliver safe, efficient Part 135 operations while providing a polished, concierge-level passenger experience. This is a field-based, travel-intensive role listed as fully remote from Kinston, NC, with trips conducted across the United States.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as SIC, assisting the PIC with all phases of trip preparation and execution in accordance with FARs and company procedures.
  • Conduct safe and efficient domestic Part 135 flights, ensuring operational excellence and on-time performance.
  • Deliver high-touch customer service: greet passengers, assist with seating and baggage, provide thorough briefings, and anticipate in-flight needs.
  • Adhere to all company manuals, checklists, and SOPs; maintain currency and a valid FAA First Class Medical.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the PIC, crew, dispatch, and passengers; model composure and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Uphold cabin readiness, security, and a professional appearance consistent with department standards.
  • Notify the company of any physical or mental condition that could affect flight duties; perform other duties as assigned.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Completed, unrestricted ATP and current FAA First Class Medical.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours fixed-wing total time and 250 hours multi-engine.
  • Appropriate type rating; strong working knowledge of Part 135; thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international operating regulations.
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain/maintain CANPASS for commercial operations to/from Canada.
  • Lawful authorization to work in the United States; ability to provide two forms of federal ID.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry; clear, professional English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Attributes: initiative, positive attitude, accountability, strong organization and multitasking, critical thinking, problem-solving under pressure, adaptability, quick learning, time management, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
  • Team mindset and a well-groomed, polished appearance that reflects a premium client experience.

  • 2,500+ hours fixed-wing total time and 500+ hours multi-engine.
  • Type rating in a Challenger or Regional Jet.

  • Comprehensive background screening (employment, education, criminal history, and other relevant checks) required.

  • 100% travel while on rotation; work in aircraft, hangar, outdoor, and industrial environments with variable temperatures and jet-engine noise.
  • Operate in tight cabin spaces; sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Climb, twist, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl as needed for safe operations.
  • Push/pull up to 70 lbs and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Clear vision and hearing; ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly.
