You'll have the flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel for meetings and training. Depending on your location, you can also opt for a hybrid or full-time office schedule. We are seeking dedicated professionals for a claims adjuster – casualty litigation role. This injury claims adjuster role offers unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

As a claims adjuster for casualty litigation, you’ll manage complex commercial claim investigations, interpret coverage, investigate liability, and handle claims involving multiple vehicles, competing claims, and significant injuries. You’ll direct counsel through litigation, engage experts, conduct negotiations including mediations, arbitrations, and trials, while evaluating claims to mitigate risk with potential travel required.

Minimum qualifications
  • Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling, OR
  • Three years in claims handling and a bachelor's degree, OR
  • Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree

Preferred skills
  • Attorney-represented and litigated bodily injury claim experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply complex facts to case law and regulatory environments

Compensation
  • $95,000 - $130,200/year (the base salary range listed encompasses various regions countrywide beside the ranges)
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% based on company performance
