ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Poston - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of William Jewell College.
We currently have 12 team members at our agency.
We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
