KingShip Logistics is hiring dependable, motivated Delivery Associates throughout Cuyahoga County to join our established Amazon Delivery Service Partner team.
IMPORTANT: All KingShip Delivery Associates report to and deliver exclusively out of our SOLON, OHIO location.
We do not dispatch from multiple locations. Your workday begins and ends at our Solon delivery station.

STARTING PAY: $22.75 PER HOUR
WEEKLY PAY!
KingShip is one of the Amazon DSPs that pays its team weekly.
Full-time Delivery Associates generally work four approximately 10-hour shifts per week.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.

WHAT DOES A DELIVERY ASSOCIATE DO?
As a KingShip Delivery Associate, you will:
- Safely drive and operate a company-provided delivery van
- Load and organize packages
- Transport and deliver Amazon packages safely and efficiently
- Use a company-issued device and delivery application
- Communicate with dispatch throughout your route
- Enter and exit your delivery van frequently
- Work independently while remaining part of a team
- Deliver in a variety of Northeast Ohio weather conditions
- Provide professional customer service
THIS IS A PHYSICALLY ACTIVE JOB
We want candidates to know what they're applying for.
Delivery Associates must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van throughout an approximately 10-hour shift.
If you enjoy being active, working independently, driving, and seeing tangible progress throughout your day, this may be a great fit.
NO DELIVERY EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.
Previous delivery experience is welcomed, but it is not required.
KingShip provides paid training to prepare new Delivery Associates for the job, technology, safety expectations, and delivery procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Must meet applicable driving-record requirements
- Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform a physically active job
- Ability to work approximately 10-hour shifts
- Day-shift availability
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Reliable transportation to Solon, Ohio
- Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements
- KingShip conducts pre-employment drug screening for four (4) drug classifications. Marijuana/THC is NOT included in our pre-employment drug screening panel.
