We are looking for an experienced Etsy Digital Products Store Manager to take responsibility for managing and growing our Etsy shop, Fadaro, on a long-term basis.

This is not just a graphic design position. We are looking for someone who can handle the complete digital-product workflow — from researching market opportunities to creating products, publishing optimized listings, monitoring performance, and supporting customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Research Etsy trends and identify promising digital product opportunities.

• Conduct competitor research before creating each product.

• Perform keyword research and Etsy SEO using tools such as eRank, EverBee, Alura, Marmalead, or similar tools.

• Analyze demand, competition, pricing, customer reviews, competitor weaknesses, and market opportunities.

• Propose new products based on research and data — not random design ideas.

• Create original digital products using Canva, PowerPoint, and other appropriate tools.

• Create complete customer delivery packages, including templates, PDFs, instructions, access files, printables, etc.

• Create professional Etsy listing images, mockups, and product previews.

• Write optimized Etsy titles, descriptions, and tags.

• Upload and publish complete listings correctly.

• Organize shop sections and products.

• Monitor Etsy Stats, including impressions, visits, favorites, conversion, and sales.

• Improve underperforming listings based on performance data.

• Research seasonal opportunities and prepare products before demand peaks.

• Respond professionally to customer messages and help customers with digital downloads, templates, and product questions.

• Help develop a long-term product strategy for the store.

Fadaro is a digital-products Etsy shop. We are not limited to one niche.

We want to create products based on market research and profitable opportunities. Products may include editable templates, printables, party games, invitations, wedding products, resume/career templates, seasonal products, and other digital downloads.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience with Etsy digital products.

• Strong Etsy product and competitor research skills.

• Strong Etsy SEO and keyword research knowledge.

• Excellent Canva skills.

• PowerPoint skills are a strong advantage.

• Strong graphic design and visual presentation skills.

• Ability to create a complete digital product from idea to customer-ready files.

• Experience creating Etsy listing images and mockups.

• Good written English and professional communication.

• Customer service experience.

• Understanding of Etsy policies, digital-product rules, copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property.

• Ability to create original products without copying competitors.

• Ability to work independently, research opportunities, and propose ideas backed by data.

Paid Trial

We intend to start with a paid trial project before giving full store-management responsibilities.

During the trial, the freelancer may be asked to research one digital-product opportunity, analyze competitors and keywords, propose the product, create the product and customer files, create the listing images, and prepare the complete Etsy listing.

If the quality of the work, research, communication, and results meet our expectations, this can become a long-term position managing and growing Fadaro.
