<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking to bring on a dynamic, execution-oriented <strong>Field Marketing Coordinator</strong> to help scale our marketing efforts. While our broader marketing strategy is driven at the global level, real impact happens on the ground through seamless local execution and strong sales alignment.</p><p><br></p><p>This hands-on role will serve as a key execution partner for demand generation, partner enablement, and high-impact corporate and customer events. These locations serve as critical strategic anchors for our regional sales teams, alliance partners, and major industry trade shows.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Travel:</strong> Willingness to travel is required. This role will need to be on the ground to orchestrate regional campaigns, support major industry trade shows, and interface directly with local sales teams and partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience & Tools:</strong> 2–3 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing, or event operations is highly preferred, but not strictly required. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or similar systems, and event management tools is a major plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will support across four key pillars:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. Event Orchestration & Logistics</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support and manage the end-to-end execution of regional demand generation events, including proprietary seminars, executive dinners, and partner summits.</li><li>Coordinate on-site logistics, vendor management, branding, and staff scheduling to ensure a premium experience for attendees.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Sales & Partner Alignment</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Act as a reliable point of contact for the Sales team and Partner Account Managers.</li><li>Assist in driving joint marketing initiatives with regional resellers and alliance partners, including support for Marketing Development Funds allocation, planning, and compliance processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Integrated Campaigns & Automation</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Help execute 1:few and 1:many customer- and partner-focused event programs and activities.</li><li>Leverage the internal marketing stack to manage lists, track account engagement, and deliver personalized touchpoints that help accelerate the sales cycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Data & Opportunity Tracking</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor program performance, including opportunities created, sales progression, and partner and customer feedback.</li><li>Maintain marketing documentation and content, using performance insights to help optimize future events.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Execution Mindset:</strong> A proactive, self-starting professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, possesses excellent project management skills, and enjoys bringing people together through experiential marketing.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Tech Instinct:</strong> You do not need to be a systems engineer, but you should have the curiosity and commercial instinct to understand complex cloud, infrastructure, or data topics and help translate them into clear business outcomes for customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tech Savviness & Tool Fluency:</strong> Strong technical aptitude and foundational tech savviness are highly preferred for this role. Hands-on fluency with modern marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, design collaboration programs like Canva, and enterprise productivity suites is highly preferred.
