About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Personal Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Professionals with expertise in financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, tax-aware strategies, and high-net-worth client advising to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You'll apply your financial expertise to evaluate realistic client scenarios and help improve the reasoning, accuracy, and effectiveness of next-generation AI-powered financial planning systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your financial advisory experience and client-facing expertise are the primary qualifications for success in this role. Professionals with backgrounds in private wealth management, investment advisory services, retirement planning, and holistic financial planning are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate realistic client financial scenarios involving budgeting, investing, retirement planning, debt management, and wealth preservation .

Provide personalized, actionable financial guidance aligned with industry best practices and client objectives.

• Apply expertise in investment management, retirement accounts, tax-aware planning, and risk management to assess financial recommendations.

Create structured feedback to improve AI-generated financial planning advice and client-facing recommendations.
Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly, and actionable manner.
Utilize professional judgment to balance short-term financial needs with long-term wealth-building strategies.
Ensure guidance reflects current regulatory standards, fiduciary responsibilities, and private wealth management best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert to help develop high-quality AI training and evaluation datasets for financial advisory applications.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal financial advisory, wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.

• Experience advising high-net-worth (HNW) or mass affluent clients on financial planning and investment strategies.

• Strong expertise in financial planning, investment management, retirement planning (401(k), IRA, etc.), and debt management .

• Knowledge of tax-aware financial planning strategies and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills in client-focused financial scenarios.
CFP, CFA, or equivalent professional credential required.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at leading financial institutions such as Schwab, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, or Chase Private Banking .

Background in comprehensive wealth management, estate planning, retirement income planning, or portfolio construction.
Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, or private wealth clients.
Familiarity with AI-assisted financial planning tools, financial technology platforms, or digital advisory solutions.
Track record of delivering high-quality financial advice that balances technical accuracy with client-centric communication.
Experience creating educational financial content, advisory frameworks, or financial planning methodologies.

Compensation

Competitive compensation of $80–$110/hour.
