We're a B2B enterprise technology manufacturer (~$4-5M revenue) looking for an experienced analytics/RevOps specialist to conduct a foundational audit of our marketing analytics and CRM tracking setup. This is a diagnostic engagement, not campaign strategy or implementation work, though there may be follow-on work for the right fit.

Our situation: Marketing activity (outbound, inbound, and event/tradeshow lead generation) is high, but we lack confidence in our underlying data to know which channels are actually driving pipeline. We need an outside, expert diagnosis of where the gaps are.

Current stack:

- HubSpot (Marketing Hub Professional): CRM, landing pages, workflows, contact-level attribution reporting only (no Deal/Revenue attribution at our tier)

- GA4 + Google Tag Manager: container consolidation is complete; we need confidence that tracking is accurately configured and firing correctly across a multi-domain setup (primary site + landing page subdomain), including Consent Mode v2

- Four distinct lead sources to reconcile: digital display & PPC, cold outbound, inbound/organic/SEO, and tradeshow-captured leads, all funneling into HubSpot

Scope of the audit:

- HubSpot instance review: data quality, lifecycle stage definitions and logic, workflow/automation health, duplicate data, attribution reporting accuracy and limitations

- GA4/GTM verification: tag health, cross-domain tracking accuracy, event/conversion setup, Consent Mode configuration

- Funnel diagnosis: conversion rates by stage across our three lead sources, identification of where the biggest drop-off/leak is

- Deliverable: a written report with a prioritized, sequenced set of recommendations (not just a findings list), plus a live walkthrough call to review findings and answer questions

What we're looking for in a candidate:

- Demonstrated GA4/GTM audit experience, ideally including cross-domain tracking and Consent Mode

- HubSpot experience at the Marketing Hub Professional tier or higher, with a clear understanding of its attribution limitations

- B2B experience preferred (multi-touch, longer sales cycles, sales-assisted funnels)

- Comfortable working independently with read/audit-level access; we're not looking for a large team engagement

Timeline: We're targeting a 2-3 week turnaround from kickoff to delivered report, including a kickoff call to align on access and priorities, and a closing walkthrough call.

Please include in your proposal: relevant past audit experience (references or case studies welcome), your proposed approach/methodology, estimated hours, and your availability to start. Depending on the audit findings, there may be an opportunity to continue implementing related fixes.
