Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 (based on qualifications) plus performance based bonus

Position Summary

The Lead Qualification Specialist owns Domino North America's inbound demand. This is an entry-level role responsible for receiving, qualifying, and routing every inbound lead quickly and accurately, ensuring nothing is dropped and that sales receives warm, qualified handoffs. The role is the first line on inbound demand - solutions inbox, web forms, live chat, and trade-show capture - and uses marketing's lead scoring to decide what advances. It is a genuine development bench: strong performers grow toward outbound development and sales roles. Outbound prospecting is owned by the Lead Generation Specialist.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Receive and triage all inbound leads (solutions inbox, web form fill-ins, live chat on the Domino NA website, inbound phone/email) promptly.
• Qualify inbound leads using marketing's lead-scoring criteria; reach out to further qualify where needed before passing to sales.
• Route qualified leads to the correct Account Manager or National Account Manager with a clean, warm handoff and complete intake data.
• Manage the inbound-to-SRL process and ensure no qualified lead is left unworked.
• Maintain data quality and hygiene at the point of intake (accurate, complete, de-duplicated records).
• Support trade-show and event lead capture and follow-up.
• Escalate inbound leads that need outbound development (e.g. a high-value account a campaign re-engaged) to the Marketing Manager, who may route them to the Lead Generation Specialist.
• Travel to support tradeshows, training and departmental objectives (~10%)

What You Need

Education & Experience

• High school diploma with some college course work, preferred
• Proven successful sales/telemarketing experience
• Some working experience in a B2B environment; experience in coding/marking/labelling equipment is a significant advantage

Skills & Knowledge

• Fast, organized, and accurate, able to handle inbound volume without dropping anything.
• Clear communicator, comfortable making qualifying outreach by phone and email.
• Detail-oriented with good data discipline in a CRM.
• Eager to learn the business and grow toward outbound development / inside sales.
• Salesforce familiarity (or fast ramp); process can be learned from existing documentation.

Physical Demands

• Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exserting no more than 10 pounds of force at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. A certain amount of walking and standing may be necessary in carrying out job duties.
