What you bring to the table</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years proven experience in financial services, cryptocurrency, or a similar field.</p> </li> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in liquidity management, treasury, or related financial roles, preferably within the blockchain or fintech sectors.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading, and regulatory environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and a deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Nice to have</p> <ul> <li>Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a high level of ownership.</li> </ul> <p>Things you will do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Designing and implementing comprehensive liquidity management strategies to support the ecosystem.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identifying, assessing, and mitigating liquidity risks to ensure the stability and security of our financial operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitoring and analyzing market trends, liquidity needs, and capital requirements to inform decision-making.</p> </li> <li> <p>Optimizing the allocation of capital to ensure efficient use of resources and support the growth of DePINs and other dApps.</p> </li> <li> <p>Working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage liquidity effectively.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborating with the financial team to set and manage budgets for market-making and other liquidity provisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Preparing detailed reports on liquidity positions and strategic recommendations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensuring all liquidity management practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to liquidity metrics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Exploring, developing and implementing new liquidity strategies to attract new liquidity to specific blockchain ecosystems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with wallet providers and implement a strategy for integrations with decentralized exchanges and web3 bridges.</p> </li> <li> <p>Working hand in hand with institutional investors to jointly implement liquidity strategies that have a mutual benefit for them and the ecosystem(s).</p> </li> </ul> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li> <p>Remote first.
