We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our support team and provide real-time assistance to our online visitors.

Job Summary:
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our website. You'll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction—all via live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Document interactions and customer feedback in our system
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
