The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.<br /> <br /> Here you can:<br /> • Consolidate and analyze Overhead/SG&A costs<br /> • Present cost results and future forecasts to CFO's<br /> • Manage Overhead for major forecast cycles (Estimates, Long Range Plan, Budget, etc.) along with supplemental reporting to Corporate<br /> • Collaborate with Finance teams from across Universal Entertainment business units to ensure coordinated processes and timely reporting<br /> • Leverage existing financial system to build robust analytical tools to support pacing and estimate processes<br /> • Create new cost reporting dashboards and executive reports<br /> • Work closely with CFOs on special projects and cost initiatives<br /> • Serve as primary Finance partner for business units providing overhead support to ~20 Executive department leaders spanning all functions (Programming, Production, Business Affairs, Legal, Research, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.)<br /> • Conduct quarterly analysis of Headcount and update Headcount data in SAC<br /> • Own/Lead ad-hoc projects, analyses, and presentations, including SAC Workforce Planning and Global Overhead model project<br /> • Own/Lead Project Keystone Code Block updates and transition<br /> <br /> Qualifications<br /> <br /> What you will bring:<br /> • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field<br /> • 4+ years of Finance experience<br /> • High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint<br /> • Proficiency with SAP (preferred but not required)<br /> <br /> What sets you apart:<br /> • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills<br /> • Inquisitive and able to think through interdependencies of processes<br /> • Proactive approach to problem solving<br /> • Solid work ethic and follow through<br /> • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills<br /> • Leadership skills to guide, influence, and coordinate multiple business units by building strong working partnerships<br /> • Ability to operate and communicate effectively across diverse cultural and business environments; strong interpersonal skills<br /> • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines<br /> • Ability to effectively handle sensitive and confidential matters<br /> • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations<br /> • Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, advanced spreadsheets<br /> • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends as necessary<br /> <br /> Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
