Position Overview

The Overnight Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with empathy, technical expertise, and efficiency. This full‑time position works the night shift, providing critical support to customers who need assistance outside of regular business hours. The role begins with an intensive 45‑day in‑person training program, after which qualified team members may transition to a remote work arrangement, offering flexibility while maintaining the high standards of service that arenaflex is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Needs Assessment: Listen actively to callers, identify their core concerns, clarify information, and guide them toward effective resolutions.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems, from software glitches to hardware malfunctions, using systematic problem‑solving techniques.
  • Case Management: Accurately create and document cases for every call and email, capturing detailed histories, steps taken, and final outcomes; escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross‑training initiatives, gaining proficiency in additional departmental functions to provide seamless support across the organization.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technical customer service call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong motivation to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic organization.
  • Sound judgment and decision‑making abilities, especially when handling escalations.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and case‑tracking systems.
