Job Title: 1st shift Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are searching for Production Workers for a 4+ week project and would love to have candidates start immediately! We do have experience hiring temporary workers on for full-time permanent roles who have demonstrated excellent attendance and work ethic. This is an entry level role where you would be making "shim packs".Hours: 5:00AM-3:00PM Monday-ThursdayPay: $19/hour Responsibilities<ul><li>Stack and band materials to build shim packs.</li><li>Standing and repetitive work with light lifting, up to 10-15 lbs.</li><li>Stack 4x4 pieces of steel plates with varying thicknesses.</li><li>Use banding machine to band packs.</li><li>Stack banded packs onto pallets.</li></ul>Essential Skills/Requirements: <ul><li>Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, or another hands-on type role is preferred.</li><li>Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.</li><li>Ability to stay on task for repetitive work.</li><li>Must wear jeans/long work pants and steel-toe or composite-toe shoes.</li><li>Must be able to commit to the working hours for at least 4 weeks.</li><li>Positive attitude and good work ethic.</li></ul>Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
