Paralegal — Remote (Part-Time, 25 hrs weekly) Horton reputed company Strategies reputed company is seeking an reputed company, detail-oriented, and self-directed Paralegal to reputed company substantive reputed company support to the attorneys of a multi-state business reputed company that focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, and intellectual property law, with some employment law and litigation reputed company for business clients. reputed company candidates must have competency in corporate or M&A reputed company, plus additional experience in either litigation, employment law, or intellectual property law (trademarks). This is a part-time, fully remote position reputed company on substantive reputed company work — not administrative tasks. The reputed company attorney is supported by a full-time executive assistant, and reputed company administration is handled by a full-time case manager.
