Responsibilities

Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering collaborative problem-solving.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance system reliability.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and solutions effectively.
Analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and implement long-term preventive measures.

Requirements

5+ years of work experience
Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language)
Advanced proficiency in Apache Spark
Advanced proficiency in Apache Airflow
Associate's degree
