Qualified Electrician – Clacton Newstaff Employment is recruiting a Qualified Electrician for a permanent opportunity based in Clacton, Essex. You will carry out domestic electrical inspection and testing within social housing properties, travelling throughout Clacton and the surrounding area. Complete electrical testing accurately and in accordance with current regulations. Identify electrical faults, defects, and potential safety issues. Complete inspection and testing documentation accurately. Ensure all electrical work meets required quality and safety standards. Maintain a professional approach when working within occupied residential properties. Manage your daily workload and travel between allocated properties efficiently. Travel throughout Clacton and the surrounding area as required. Follow company procedures and relevant health and safety requirements. Essential Skills & Experience You hold an 18th Edition Electrical Qualification. You hold a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or an equivalent qualification. You hold a 2391 Inspection and Testing Level 3 qualification or an equivalent certificate. You have the technical knowledge required to carry out domestic electrical inspection and testing. You can work independently and manage your workload effectively. You have a professional and reliable approach to work. Experience within social housing or domestic electrical environments would be advantageous. ECS, Gold Card, or JIB accreditation would also be desirable. Why Join?
