NOW HIRING –Reach Forklift Operator! (PREFERIBLE HYSTER/CROWN) MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION ON HAND EVEN IF ITS EXPIRED.

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89115

Schedule: Monday–Friday |10AM-6:30PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating a Reach Forklift.

MUST have been Reach Forklift certified. (If your certification has expired, that's okay! The employer is willing to recertify qualified candidates.)

MUST have a valid driver's license from any U.S. state.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled shift.

Requirements:

Reach Forklift certification (expired certification is acceptable)
Valid driver’s license

Starting pay rate: $18 per hour Schedule: 10:00am – 6:30pm

1st round interview – 20 minutes
2nd round interview – up to 4 hours (safety and equipment training videos, written test)
3rd round interview – 30 to 60 minutes (driving test)

DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND TEST, AND E VERIFY NEEDS TO BE PASSED IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE HIRING PROCESS. Please note that training hours are compensated only if the candidates successfully complete the interview and testing process.

If the candidate does not pass the interview process, compensation for training hours will not apply.

If candidate passes, we will pay for 4 hours of training, and the candidate may begin work ASAP.

Duties

Safely operate reach forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials
Pick, pack, and organize orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Assist with order picking, shipping, and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are maintained
Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials with heavy lifting techniques
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and inventory accuracy
Follow OSHA guidelines and safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills

Proven experience operating reach forklifts, crane, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment in a warehouse or construction setting
Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, order picking, shipping & receiving procedures
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs or troubleshoot equipment issues
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling
Experience with pallet jacks, pickers, load & unload activities, and construction-related machinery is advantageous
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This position requires candidates to demonstrate mechanical knowledge, safety awareness, and proficiency in heavy equipment operation. Prior warehouse or construction experience will be considered a strong asset for applicants seeking this role. CALL ANDREA at 602-727-1907-8am-4:30pm
