Sendero Home Solutions is expanding our Real Estate Acquisitions Team. This is not a traditional real estate agent role and no license is required. You speak directly with homeowners, understand their situation, present selling solutions, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts.

We assign your market and your lead source, hand you the scripts, the tools, the underwriting calculator, and coach you every single day. You never pay for leads. You show up, follow the process, and close.

COMPENSATION

This is commission only. There is no salary or hourly wage.

- $0 to $20,000 closed: 15% commission

- $20,000 to $50,000 closed: 20% commission

- $50,000+ closed: 25% commission

Productive reps earn roughly $6,000 to $13,000 per month once their pipeline is consistent. A first commission check typically runs $2,000 to $5,000, and reps have taken more than $10,000 from a single transaction. Earnings are uncapped. All figures are estimates, not guarantees.

Real estate pays at closing, so expect roughly 30 to 60 days between your first signed contract and your first commission check. You need to be financially ready for that window.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Call homeowners selling on their own in your assigned market

- Qualify them and collect the information that gets them a fair offer

- Run the numbers with our calculator and present the offer

- Negotiate directly with the homeowner using comps

- Walk them through the written offer and secure the signed contract

- Follow up relentlessly and keep your pipeline clean

- Attend the 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST team calls every day during 1-2 weeks of training

Previous sales or real estate experience helps butis not required. About 90% of the people who join us have never done real estate. You'll go through our full training course before your first day, then daily coaching after it. Work ethic, communication, and coachability matter more than your last job title.

SCHEDULE

Full time and remote. The daily 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST team calls are mandatory during training for 1-2 weeks. Outside of that you structure your own day as long as you make your calls, stay available for sellers, complete your follow-up, and hit your numbers.
