Anchor Blue Capital LLC is looking for motivated, confident, and coachable Remote Business Funding Specialists to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity open to qualified candidates worldwide, including Nigeria, Ghana, and other international markets. You will work directly with U.S. business owners, helping them explore business financing options that fit their needs while building and managing your sales pipeline. RESPONSIBILITIES • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to U.S. business owners and qualified leads. • Speak with business owners to understand their business, funding needs, and financial situation. • Educate prospects on available business financing solutions, including working capital, lines of credit, term loans, SBA financing, and equipment financing. • Follow up consistently with leads and move qualified prospects through the sales process. • Collect required information and documentation from qualified prospects. • Maintain accurate records and update opportunities in our CRM. • Build relationships with prospects and turn conversations into qualified funding opportunities. • Work closely with the Anchor Blue Capital team to move qualified deals through the submission and funding process. • Meet call, follow-up, and submission goals. • Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing sales development. REQUIREMENTS • Previous phone sales or telemarketing experience is required. • Business funding, lending, financial services, or merchant cash advance experience is a plus, but not required. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills. • Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners by phone. • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day. • Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. • Coachable and willing to learn. • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. • Organized and comfortable using CRM systems. • Reliable computer and stable internet connection. • Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours. • Must be comfortable with a 1099 commission-only compensation structure.
