What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire

- Educate individuals and families on available benefit options

Drive Performance
- Execute proven client engagement strategies
- Monitor progress, support team development, and contribute to organizational growth
- Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
Leverage Technology
- Utilize virtual communication platforms, scheduling tools, and digital systems to manage client interactions efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and organized workflows in a remote environment
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically possess:
- Customer service and relationship-building experience
- Sales or consultative client-facing experience (preferred)
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
ā¢ Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
ā¢ Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
ā¢ Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
ā¢ Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
ā¢ Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
