Responsibilities

Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
Supports the development and implementation of organizational design models that align with business strategies
Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations
Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives
Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals
Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies
Manages complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity, make informed decisions, and deliver effective solutions in complex situations

Skills

Must have completed a master's degree within the past two years. Preferred study: Business, Human Resources, Organizational Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business Analytics
Must have 0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
Must be willing and available to report to the UPS Corporate Office in Atlanta on a daily basis
Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Pymetrics, etc.)
Proven ability to analyze current organizational structures and provide recommendations for improving efficiency
Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge
Exhibits strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
Shows knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Demonstrates ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Exhibits excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrates strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (such as Power Bi & Excel): experience with HRIS systems preferred
Shows ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Maintains commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an reputed company lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an reputed company authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
