Role Overview

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first line of support for customers who need urgent assistance outside of regular business hours. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, accurately capturing customer information, scheduling appointments, and dispatching on‑call technicians to ensure timely resolution of service requests. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for reliability and responsiveness, especially during the night shift when customers often face the most stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Handle a high volume of calls from prospective and existing customers, providing clear, courteous, and professional assistance.
  • : Accurately input customer details, service requests, and appointment information into reputed company (our CRM platform).
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with technicians and customers to schedule service appointments that meet both parties’ availability and urgency.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Assign on‑call technicians to urgent service calls, ensuring optimal route planning and timely arrival.
