The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, high-energy, and independent Remote Sales Representatives who want the freedom of running their own pipeline backed by a cutting-edge tech stack.

This is a 100% commission-based role featuring high ticket payouts and an uncapped commission structure. You will pitch directly to business owners (B2B) who are actively bleeding money from missed customer calls and lack of lead engagement. If you know how to build rapport, handle objections, and sell the future of automation, you can unlock a highly lucrative income stream.

Pay:

100% commision based
Average first year sales reps can make $75,000 - $100,000+ with top performers exceeding $200,000+

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Pipeline: Source, pitch, and qualify prospective local service businesses and professionals (e.g., HVAC contractors, legal practices, dental offices, movers) that need automated call handling and customer acquisition systems.
Conduct AI Audits: Walk business owners through their current operations gaps (e.g., missed calls, lack of SMS/email nurture) and present the VisionEdge AI Growth System as the ultimate fix.
Demonstrate the Product: Present our AI Receptionist capabilities, natural human-like voice agents, and AI Lost Revenue Recovery systems to decision-makers.
Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from cold/warm outreach to contract signing.
Relationship Management: Maintain clean records in our CRM system and pass successfully closed clients smoothly to our internal onboarding and deployment teams.

What We Are Looking For

Proven B2B Sales Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, digital marketing sales, SaaS, or high-ticket closing.
Self-Motivated & Driven: Since this is a 100% remote and 100% commission position, you must possess strong time-management skills and an intrinsic drive to succeed without being micromanaged.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable speaking about AI infrastructure, CRMs, automation tools, and explaining technical concepts in simple, benefit-driven business terms.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with business owners and overcome objections.
Reliable Setup: A quiet remote workspace, a high-speed internet connection, and a dependable computer with a high-quality headset.
