Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at reputed company, you will be the trusted advisor for our most strategic healthcare clients. You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion—ensuring that each client realizes maximum value from our platform. Your deep expertise in healthcare compliance, billing, and revenue cycle management will enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights, fostering long‑term partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Stewardship: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high‑value clients, building strong, trust‑based relationships with executive stakeholders, finance leaders, and clinical operations teams.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored success plans that align with each client’s business objectives, compliance goals, and revenue targets. Use data analytics to set measurable KPIs and track progress.
  • Renewal & Expansion Leadership: Lead renewal negotiations and identify upsell opportunities, ensuring a high renewal rate and contributing to the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Performance Review & Reporting: Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, presenting insights on revenue performance, compliance status, and platform adoption. Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver seamless client experiences, advocate for feature enhancements, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Compliance & Audit Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, MACRA, ICD‑10, CPT, etc.) to guide clients through audits, coding reviews, and billing best practices.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent reputed company at industry events, webinars, and client workshops, positioning the company as a thought leader in healthcare revenue optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps within the customer success workflow and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in customer success management, with at least 4 years focused on healthcare compliance, billing, auditing, coding, revenue cycle, or accounting.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise‑level accounts, driving renewals, and achieving expansion targets.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data standards, coding systems (ICD‑10, CPT, HCPCS), and revenue cycle analytics.
  • Strong executive communication skills—capable of presenting complex data to C‑suite executives and translating technical insights into business value.
