Job Description:

Build state-of-the-art UI features on Netflix’s leading TV application for performance- and memory-constrained devices
Collaborate with product, design, algorithm, and engineering partners to scope projects and build user experiences
A/B test product variants with real customers
Develop and maintain TypeScript/JavaScript code using React frameworks and Redux architecture for TV platforms
Test features with proprietary Jest-based automation frameworks
Write testable code and create automation to validate functionality in partnership with test engineers
Own feature quality and deliver measurable business impact

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working on consumer-facing products/apps
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Ability to navigate different languages and technology stacks, such as Node.js and GraphQL
Curiosity about how members use the application and eagerness to build product features
Ability to bring unique perspectives and balanced views to collaborations
Ability to value others’ perspectives when identifying solutions
Strong independence and bias toward action
Inclination for collaboration
