The Fox Spa is a locally owned medical spa and esthetics practice in Casper, Wyoming, offering advanced skincare, facials, lash services, injectables, and other aesthetic treatments. We are a close-knit team looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to become an important part of our spa. The Fox Spa is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Spa Coordinator to join our team. Our Spa Coordinator is an important part of both the client experience and the day-to-day operation of the spa. This person is often the first point of contact for our clients, so we’re looking for someone who is personable, professional, comfortable multitasking, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and assisting clients with questions, scheduling, and appointment changes• Scheduling and managing appointments through Vagaro• Greeting, checking in, and checking out clients• Processing payments, gift cards, and retail purchases• Learning our services and products to assist clients with basic questions and booking• Communicating messages and scheduling needs with providers• Helping keep provider schedules organized and running smoothly• Maintaining the front desk, reception area, and shared spa spaces• Assisting with laundry, restocking, dishes, trash, and light spa housekeeping• Taking initiative during downtime to keep the spa clean, organized, and prepared for clients• Working as part of our team to keep daily operations running smoothly Schedule:Tuesday–Friday: approximately 8:15 AM–5:15/5:30 PMSaturday: approximately 3–4 hours, alternating between morning and afternoon shiftsApproximately 28–32 hours per week Tuesday–Saturday availability is required. The ideal candidate is:• Friendly, personable, and confident interacting with clients• Dependable and punctual• Organized and detail-oriented• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment• Professional in person and on the phone• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative• Comfortable using computers, phones, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems• Willing to participate in the housekeeping responsibilities involved in maintaining a spa environment Customer service, hospitality, salon/spa, retail, or medical-office experience is preferred but not required.
