Job Description:

Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels
Conduct regular live in-field customer engagement and virtual engagements
Launch new products and develop strategies for business relationships and formulary access
Engage in product promotion within the assigned geography
Drive sales and develop relationships with customers and accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders
Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives
Develop and implement business and territory call plans
Identify and implement live and virtual customer-engagement strategies
Build customer rapport and relationships in live and virtual environments
Use internal reports and analytics to identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities
Leverage approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly
Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across relevant business channels
Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues
Complete administrative requirements, including customer-call entry, expense submission and responses to sales leadership and internal partners

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military experience
Alternative: associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience
Alternative: high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify hiring
Permanent work authorization in the United States
Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
Preferred: at least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing experience
Preferred: prior vaccines experience
Preferred: experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products
Preferred: knowledge of posted territory customers and markets
Preferred: residence within the territory boundaries
