$23.00/hr W2 base pay + 10% monthly bonus = $25.30/hr effective at the standard workload (10+ tutoring hours per pay period with session reports submitted on time). 5-20 hours per week. 100% remote. Evenings, weekends, or daytime - you choose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver one-on-one online tutoring sessions to K-12 students with special needs, working toward their IEP goals, and briefly log progress after each session.

WHAT WE REQUIRE (THAT'S IT)

- Bachelor's degree AND a current or recently expired state special education certification/endorsement (any state) - OR a bachelor's/master's degree in special education

- 2+ years of teaching or related experience with students with special needs

- Ability to commit through the 2026-27 school year, minimum 5 hours/week

- Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and a quiet workspace

- Pass a background check (we work with children)

Nice to have: Master's in special education; experience with autism, dyslexia/Orton-Gillingham, ADHD, or behavior support; bilingual.

Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
