Job Title: Senior Manager, Product Portfolio - US Licensed Stores

Job Responsibilities

Lead daily portfolio control, including forecasting, price monitoring, shipment and consumption evaluation, and managing the business against plans and budgets.
Expand deep expertise across licensees and segments, delivering tailored sales plans as a licensed store center of excellence within the company’s income and operating plan.
Create and present business cases for new product packages to increase techniques and profitability goals.
Drive licensee profitability through tailored product assortments and LS-centric pricing/COGS strategies.
Own improvement and management of the annual working plan; build forecasts and endorse funding tiers for multimillion-dollar component buys.
Independently develop robust models and analytical tests.
Build structured presentations that use analytics to tell a compelling story with actionable guidance.

Qualifications

3–4+ years of monetary analysis and modeling experience.
4+ years of product/brand management experience.
3+ years managing two or more budgets or product lines.
People-leadership experience a plus.
Strong analytical capabilities, including simplifying complex problems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to leadership.
Ability to influence others without formal authority.
