About the Role

We are looking for experienced HubSpot Specialists to complete and document realistic CRM, sales operations, and workflow automation tasks within HubSpot.

You’ll use hands-on HubSpot experience to manage CRM records, work through sales and customer management workflows, navigate pipelines and reporting, and document the steps taken. No prior AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do

Complete assigned workflows and tasks within HubSpot using practical CRM and sales operations experience.
Navigate HubSpot features related to contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation.
Create, update, and manage CRM records.
Complete common sales, customer management, and lead management workflows.
Work with deal tracking, pipeline management, and CRM automation.
Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
Create realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.
Document workflow steps and explain the HubSpot tools, features, and actions used.
Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM in a professional environment.
Practical experience with CRM management, sales operations, lead management, deal pipelines, or workflow automation.
Current access to HubSpot and the ability to navigate the platform independently.
Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
Ability to follow structured instructions and maintain consistent quality across tasks.

Preferred Experience

Experience with HubSpot reporting, segmentation, and CRM data management.
Previous experience with data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar Human Data work.
Experience documenting business workflows or creating structured evaluation criteria.

Engagement & Compensation

Contract-based, remote engagement.
Hourly rate: $28–$92/hr.
Annual compensation equivalent: $53,760–$176,640 based on 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks.
Actual earnings depend on the amount and scope of work assigned.
No prior AI experience is required.
